Sujeet Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer to support business growth by identifying new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the engineering and manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, converting inquiries into orders, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in engineering and industrial sectors

  • Generate leads through field visits, references, online platforms, and networking

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

  • Visit clients for business meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers

  • Follow up with customers for order finalization and payment coordination

  • Coordinate with production and internal departments for smooth order execution

  • Maintain customer database and update sales records regularly

  • Achieve assigned business development and sales targets

  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities

  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and meetings

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients

  • Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities

Job Summary:
Sujeet Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, monitoring tender timelines, preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly search and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals (such as GEM, E-Procurement, CPP Portal, State Tender Portals, etc.)

  • Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms

  • Track tender opening dates, submission deadlines, and important milestones

  • Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as technical, accounts, purchase, and management for required information and approvals

  • Prepare tender checklists and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate

  • Submit tenders online and offline within the specified deadlines

  • Maintain proper records of all tenders, submissions, and supporting documents

  • Follow up for tender status, clarifications, and results

  • Prepare tender summaries, reports, and updates for the Plant Head and management

  • Handle correspondence related to tender queries, corrigendum, and amendments

  • Maintain database of tender documents, certificates, and company credentials

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in handling government or private tenders

  • Good knowledge of GEM portal, e-tendering, and tender documentation

  • Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, PDF documentation)

  • Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously

  • Good communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):

  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, galvanizing, or infrastructure sector

  • Familiarity with government tender portals and bidding procedures

  • Knowledge of technical and commercial tender preparation

Reporting:
The Tender Executive will report directly to the GM and Management.
