The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, monitoring tender timelines, preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly search and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals (such as GEM, E-Procurement, CPP Portal, State Tender Portals, etc.)
Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms
Track tender opening dates, submission deadlines, and important milestones
Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents
Coordinate with internal departments such as technical, accounts, purchase, and management for required information and approvals
Prepare tender checklists and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate
Submit tenders online and offline within the specified deadlines
Maintain proper records of all tenders, submissions, and supporting documents
Follow up for tender status, clarifications, and results
Prepare tender summaries, reports, and updates for the Plant Head and management
Handle correspondence related to tender queries, corrigendum, and amendments
