The candidate will be responsible for establishing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, managing technical teams, and supporting the overall growth of the battery manufacturing division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the setup and commissioning of LiFePO4 battery manufacturing line

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes, SOPs, and technical standards

  • Oversee cell sorting, matching, assembly, BMS integration, testing, and packaging processes

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

  • Establish quality control systems, testing procedures, and validation protocols

  • Select and finalize machinery, equipment, and production tools

  • Coordinate with suppliers for cells, BMS, and other components

  • Monitor and improve production efficiency, yield, and product reliability

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to battery performance and manufacturing

The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end EPC activities including design, execution, technical planning, vendor coordination, project management, and regulatory compliance for both on-grid and off-grid solar systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the complete Solar EPC division

  • Handle end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects from design to commissioning

  • Prepare technical designs, system sizing, and project planning

  • Manage on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar project execution

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, DISCOM, and regulatory authorities

  • Oversee site survey, feasibility study, and technical evaluation
